If you're an older adult living through the COVID-19 Pandemic you're probably experiencing lots of mixed emotions from fear that you (or a loved one) may get sick to loneliness due to not seeing your friends and family as much.

You've overcome many hardships in your life, which is why you know that the best way to get through the COVID-19 pandemic is stay physically safe and mentally well.

To help you do this, I've created the COVID-19 Wellness Guide for Older Adults that includes expert tips to help you stay physically safe and mentally well.

Now for a little introduction.

I'm Dr. Regina Koepp (pronounced "Kep"). I'm a Stanford-trained, Board Certified Clinical Psychologist and a Professor of Gerontology (that’s a fancy word for the study of aging and older adults). I've been working with older adults and families for more than 15 years and devoted to helping older adults and their families live their best lives!
